Meredith Corporation

The Meredith Corporation was an American media conglomerate. In 2021, its assets were acquired by IAC and merged with Dotdash to form Dotdash Meredith Broadcast in a $2.7 billion deal. The Meredith Corporation was best known for owning Time magazine, which was sold to Marc and Lynne Benioff in 2018 for $190 million.
