The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Open Data Portal is the official open data platform of Ukraine's parliament (the Verkhovna Rada). It provides free public access to legislative datasets, voting records, parliamentary structure, and related government information, supporting transparency and democratic accountability.
The portal hosts datasets on legislation, law drafts, voting results, members of parliament (People's Deputies of Ukraine), the parliament's organisational structure, the territorial administrative system of Ukraine, and related materials. All data on the portal may be freely used, reused, and redistributed, including for commercial purposes, provided the source is cited.
The portal is accessible online 24 hours a day. Data is available for download in CSV, JSON, and XML formats. It is available in Ukrainian and English. The portal is maintained and updated regularly by the Verkhovna Rada's administration.
