Use of DataThe Fix, founded in 2019, is a digital magazine for media professionals based in London, England. The magazine reports on media industry business practices and trends with a focus issues like the disruption of ad revenue in current publishing models.
They believe in examining the media industry from every angle, gaining insight from editors, writers, photojournalists, engineers, and product managers. They also look at other industries to see what useful insight can be found there.
While the Fix is aimed at European media leaders, it examines world trends and issues. They also have a Research and Advisory arm. The findings of their research are published in a weekly newsletter.
Recently, The Fix set up a foundation to assist the free press in Ukraine and eastern Europe.
