The Taiwan Academic Institutional Repository (TAIR) is a national aggregator platform for institutional repositories across Taiwan's academic institutions. TAIR was developed to provide a unified search interface for research outputs from universities, research institutes, and academic organizations throughout Taiwan. The platform aggregates metadata from participating institutions, enabling cross-institutional discovery of scholarly content.
TAIR aggregates research outputs from over 105 academic institutions in Taiwan, including journals, conference papers, theses, dissertations, and research reports. Each record in TAIR links back to the source institution's repository for full-text access. The database contains millions of records covering all academic disciplines.
TAIR is freely accessible online. Users can browse, use full-text keyword search, or employ advanced search features to locate research materials. The platform provides multilingual access with an English-language interface available.
