Biography

Tony Staffieri is president and CEO of Rogers Communications, the Canadian technology and media company, having been appointed to the role in January 2022 after serving as interim CEO from November 2021. He previously spent nine years as Rogers' chief financial officer, and before joining Rogers held senior leadership positions at Bell Canada Enterprises, Celestica International and PricewaterhouseCoopers. Staffieri joined the Rogers board of directors upon his appointment as CEO and has overseen the company's 2022 merger with Shaw Communications. He is deputy chair of the board of Maple Leaf Sports & Entertainment and honorary chair of the Toronto Metropolitan University Board of Governors.
