Biography

Elizabeth Rogers is co-owner of Star Local Media, a community newspaper group covering the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex, which she purchased with her husband, Rick Rogers, in January 2022. Star Local Media publishes 14 community newspapers, including titles more than a century old, across Denton, Collin and Dallas counties. The couple, who had lived in Frisco, Texas, for more than a decade prior to the purchase, took over a company serving communities they already knew well as readers.
