Biography

Lyne Robitaille is senior vice-president of newspapers, magazines, distribution, and printing at Quebecor, the Quebec-based media and telecommunications company, and president and editor of the Journal de Montréal, the company's flagship French-language daily. She was named to both roles in August 2014, having previously served on the management committee of Sun Média. In that capacity she has overseen the paper's digital expansion, including the 2023 launch of a shared mobile app for the Journal de Montréal and Journal de Québec. Robitaille holds a degree from HEC Montréal and has served as co-chair of the Prix Femmes d'affaires competition.
