Quebecor is a Canadian communications and media company based in Montréal, Québec, at 612 Saint-Jacques St. It was founded in 1965 by Pierre Péladeau. The company operates as a for-profit, publicly traded entity and is owned by Les Placements Péladeau inc, which is controlled by Pierre K. Péladeau. Quebecor employs more than 10,000 staff members. The current President and CEO is Pierre Karl Péladeau, with Hugues Simard as CFO and Martin Tremblay as COO.
