The National Public Health Coalition (NPHC) is a nonprofit organization formed in 2025 by the founders of Fired But Fighting, an advocacy group of former HHS employees. By collecting data on the impacts of CDC cuts, educating the public about the effects of public health initiatives, lobbying lawmakers to protect research and employees from political interference, and evaluating representatives based on their public health policies, NPHC aims to regain ground lost due to the Trump administration’s dismantling of federal programs.
