Biography

Karine Moses is senior vice president of sales and vice chair, Québec, for Bell and BCE Inc., a role she assumed in January 2020 to lead the company's community and other initiatives across the province. She joined Bell in 1997 and has held progressively senior leadership roles across the company's network, field services, finance, and media divisions. In 2016, she was appointed president of Astral, Bell Media's out-of-home advertising division, while also serving as vice-president of Bell Media Sales in Québec. In January 2019, she was named president of Bell Media Québec, overseeing programming, production, and scheduling for the company's French-language television properties, including RDS, while continuing to lead Astral and her sales responsibilities. She holds a bachelor of finance degree from HEC Montréal and has completed Harvard Business School's General Management Program.
