Biography

Curtis Millen is executive vice president and chief financial officer of BCE Inc. and Bell Canada, a position he assumed on September 1, 2023, succeeding Glen LeBlanc. He leads all finance strategy and operations for the Bell group of companies and serves as executive sponsor of Bell Ventures, the company's corporate venture capital initiative. He joined Bell in 2008 and held progressively senior finance roles, including senior vice president of corporate strategy and treasurer, and president of Bimcor, Bell Canada's pension fund subsidiary. Prior to joining Bell, Millen was a media and telecommunications investment banker at Citigroup Global Markets and Banc of America Securities. He has served on the boards of Glentel, Aequitas Innovations, and Q9 Networks, and is a board member of the St. Mary's Hospital Foundation. Millen holds a B.A. in economics from Yale University and an MBA in finance from the Yale School of Management, along with the ICD.D designation.
