It is owned by Fininvest (49.3%), controlled by the Berlusconi family; Simon Fiduciaria (19.2%); Vivendi (4.6%); Treasury stock (3.1%); and the Public Float (23.7%). Pier Silvio Berlusconi serves as CEO, and Fedele Confalonieri is the Chairman.
