Biography

Kevin P. Latek is executive vice president and chief legal and development officer of Gray Media, Inc., the Atlanta-based television broadcasting company, a role he has held since 2016. Prior to Gray, he was a principal at the Washington, D.C. law firm Dow Lohnes PLLC, where he advised broadcast media clients on regulatory and transactional matters. He continued in his role as Gray's chief legal officer through the company's 2019 merger with Raycom Media, which made Gray the second-largest broadcast company in the United States by station count at the time. Latek holds a J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law (1996) and a B.S. from Georgetown University's McDonough School of Business (1992). He is a member of the American Bar Association, the Federal Communications Bar Association, and the National Association of Broadcasters Education Foundation.
