Albuquerque Journal - Publisher and President (since 2012); President and CEO, Journal Publishing Co.
William P. "Bill" Lang is publisher and president of the Albuquerque Journal, New Mexico's largest newspaper, a role he assumed in 2012, succeeding his brother, Tom Lang. He also serves as president and CEO of Journal Publishing Co., which has owned the paper since 1926, and sits on the board of the Albuquerque Community Foundation. An Albuquerque native, Lang has overseen the Journal's continued digital expansion, including growth of ABQjournal.com, while maintaining the paper's commitment to investigative reporting, a tradition that under his brother's leadership produced a Pulitzer Prize for reporting linking a dietary supplement to a rare blood disorder.
