The International Association of Wildland Fire (IAWF) is a global, nonprofit, professional association for wildfire-related fields. Its goal is to form connections between wildland fire professionals around the world and act as a “neutral forum for the consideration of important, and at times controversial, wildland fire issues.” IAWF’s current president is Trevor Howard of the Australasian Fire and Emergency Service Authorities Council (AFAC).
