It is published in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India, by Living Media LTD in English, Hindi, Malayalam, Tamil, and Telugu. Recent owner of India Today Group, Aroon Purie (Son of Vidyas Purie), passed control of the company in 2017 to Madhu Trehan, his daughter.
A website for India Today began in 2003 and another aimed at the youth market in 2014, called DailyO.
Gulf News announced in early 2024 an India Today Middle East distribution partnership.
