Your Hometown Stations is a broadcast operation in Lima, Ohio, carrying all four major networks -- NBC and Fox on WLIO (channel 8) and ABC and CBS on WOHL-CD (channel 35), along with repeater stations WAMS-LD and WPNM-LD. It was, at the time of the arrangement's 2009 debut, the first single operation in the United States to carry all four major networks.
WLIO began broadcasting as WLOK-TV on UHF channel 73 in 1953 and became WIMA-TV in 1955 after a sale to the owners of WIMA radio; it was renamed WLIO-TV in 1971. The Toledo Blade's Blade Communications (later Block Communications) became sole owner in October 1982. Block acquired the market's Fox, CBS and ABC low-power stations from Metro Video Productions in February 2009, after a legal dispute over Fox's affiliation; the stations were consolidated under the "Your Hometown Stations" banner with WOHL-CD signing on in its current digital form on August 17, 2009. On August 1, 2025, Gray Media announced the acquisition of Block's broadcast television stations, including the Hometown Stations group, WDRB in Louisville and WAND in Decatur, for $80 million; the sale received FCC approval and closed May 6, 2026.
