Biography

Jeff Gignac is executive vice president and chief financial officer of Gray Media (formerly Gray Television). He joined Gray as executive vice president, finance, on April 1, 2024, and became CFO on July 1, 2024, succeeding Jim Ryan. Before joining Gray, Gignac worked at Wells Fargo Securities for nearly 20 years starting in September 2004, serving as managing director and head of media and telecom investment banking from September 2022. In that role he worked as one of Gray's lead investment bankers, including on debt financing for the company's Raycom and Meredith acquisitions and its accounts-receivable securitization facility. Prior to Wells Fargo, he was a vice president at Ernst & Young Corporate Finance from 2002 to 2004, focusing on restructuring advisory, mergers and acquisitions, and capital raising, and earlier was a senior accountant at Arthur Andersen. Gignac holds a B.A. in accounting from Michigan State University (1997) and is a licensed CPA in Georgia.
