Biography

Catherine Dunleavy is a business executive with more than 20 years of experience in media and lifestyle brands. She is chief operating officer and chief financial officer of OLAPLEX, overseeing the company's business operations, and has served as an independent director of TEGNA Inc., the television broadcasting company, since 2024. Earlier, she was president of the travel lifestyle brand Away, which she joined as chief financial officer in 2020, and chief financial officer of JRSK, Inc. She previously served as vice president and chief financial officer of global operations, technology, and vice president of strategic investments at Nike. Dunleavy spent 16 years at NBCUniversal in a range of finance and content roles, including chief financial officer of the Cable Entertainment Group and executive vice president of content distribution. She was also an independent director of Selina Hospitality Plc from 2022 to 2023.
