The Digital Repository of the Institute of Radiophysics and Electronics (IRPhE) is an online collection of publications and research outputs produced by the IRPhE, a research and development arm of the National Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Armenia (NAS RA). The repository is hosted through the Armenian Research and Academic Repository (ARAR) platform, operated by the Fundamental Scientific Library of the NAS RA.
The Institute of Radiophysics and Electronics was founded in 1960 in Ashtarak, Armenia. It is engaged in research and development in the fields of radio engineering, automatic control, theoretical physics, solid state physics, semiconductors, and superconductivity. Current research areas include microwave transmitter and receiver systems for the study of the Earth and atmosphere, and the development of medical-purpose microwave non-contact monitoring radar for life detection. The institute employs between 51 and 250 staff.
The repository provides access to publications, conference papers, and scientific outputs of IRPhE researchers. It is accessible via the ARAR platform of the Fundamental Scientific Library, which aggregates research materials from institutions of the Armenian Academy of Sciences.
