Biography

Rob Devincenzi is president and publisher of the Marin Independent Journal in San Rafael, California. He began his career in 1993 as a reporter for the Milpitas Post shortly after graduating from Santa Clara University with a degree in communication with an emphasis in print journalism, and was promoted to managing editor within a year. In 1999 he became editor, publisher, and advertising director of the Milpitas Post, and went on to launch two additional South Bay newspapers, the Fremont Bulletin (1996) and the Newark Connection (2014). Devincenzi was later named president and publisher of the Marin Independent Journal, part of the Bay Area News Group and California Newspapers Partnership. He was named Milpitas Business Man of the Year in 2010.
