Biography

Naveen Chopra became chief financial officer of Roblox Corporation effective June 30, 2025, overseeing accounting, internal audit, tax and treasury, business operations, investor relations, and financial planning and analysis. He previously served as executive vice president and CFO of Paramount Global (formerly ViacomCBS) from August 2020 to 2025, leading the company's financial operations through its shift from legacy media to streaming, and served on the board of Macy's, Inc. during that time. Before Paramount, he was CFO of Amazon's Devices and Services business, overseeing strategic consumer brands including Alexa, Echo, Fire TV, Ring, and Kindle, and CFO of Pandora Media, where he helped lead a turnaround culminating in Pandora's $3.5 billion acquisition by SiriusXM. He spent 13 years at TiVo in roles including interim CEO, CFO, and head of corporate and business development, guiding the company through its acquisition by Rovi Corporation. He served on the board of Vonage Holdings from 2014 to 2020 and currently serves on the board of public media organization KQED. Chopra holds bachelor's degrees in computer science and economics from Stanford University and an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business.
