Use of DataThe Chicago Council on Global Affairs founded in 1922 is a nonpartisan nonprofit based in Chicago, Illinois. Originally titled the Chicago Council on Foreign Relations, the council began as a counter to the isolationist movements of the early twentieth century. Their stated goal is to help more people deepen their understanding of the world and how they can make a tangible impact, in ways big and small.
