CherryRoad Media’s priority is local and regional news and events, by means of the company’s digital media expertise. Its parent organization is Cherry Road Technologies Inc. Its subsidiaries are McCall Star-News, Beardstown Newspapers, Inc., Page 1 Printers, Inc., and Cook County News-Herald.
The company stated its annual revenue in 2024 as $30 million USD with 500 employees. The Gulban family, back in 1983, began the tech company, DataStudy Inc. DataStudy’s key strategy for growth was attention to its clients who asked CherryRoad Media for new solutions to support their organizations. Twenty years later, the company changed its name to CherryRoad Technologies.
CherryRoad’s digital services include websites, creative services, search engine optimization, event promotion, marketing campaigns, advertising management, newsletters, and podcasts.
