Amy L. Chang is a technology executive who serves on the board of directors of The Walt Disney Company, a position she has held since 2021. She holds a B.S. and M.S. in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University. Earlier in her career she held product management and strategy positions at eBay and worked as a consultant at McKinsey & Company, followed by positions of increasing responsibility at Google from 2005 to 2012, most recently as Global Head of Product for Google Ads Measurement and Reporting, where she led the teams behind Google Analytics, Website Optimizer, Trends and multichannel attribution. In 2013 she founded Accompany, Inc., an artificial intelligence-based relationship intelligence company serving Fortune 500 companies, and served as its CEO until Cisco Systems acquired the company in 2018. At Cisco, she served as General Manager of the Collaboration Technology Group from 2018 to 2020 and then as Executive Vice President and Executive Advisor from 2020 to 2021. She joined the Disney board in May 2021 and has also served as a director of Procter & Gamble since 2017, Salesforce since 2025, and previously served on the boards of Marqeta, Cisco Systems, Splunk and Informatica. She chairs the Stanford School of Engineering Dean's Advisory Council and advises Google's Moonshot Factory (X) and the Executive Council for UCSF Health.
