Matteo Cargnelutti

Matteo Cargnelutti is a software engineer specializing in digital preservation and open knowledge. He is currently a Fellow and serves as Principal Engineer at the Institutional Data Initiative. Previously, he worked as a Senior Software Engineer at the Library Innovation Lab (LIL) at Harvard Law School, where he contributed to the design and implementation of web archiving technologies for Perma.cc. He also led technical research on the impact of artificial intelligence on knowledge. Through his fellowship, he continues to contribute to LIL’s web archiving and 'Librarianship of AI' research efforts.
