Bombay Samachar Pvt. Ltd. publishes Mumbai Samachar (historically Bombay Samachar), the oldest continuously published newspaper in Asia, headquartered at Horniman Circle in Mumbai, India.
The paper has been controlled by the Cama family since 1933, when Muncherji Cama acquired it from the Belgaumwala family. Hormusji N. Cama currently directs the publication.
Founded July 1, 1822, by Parsi scholar and printer Fardunjee Marzban. The paper was owned by the Minocher Homji family from 1870 until its 1933 acquisition by Muncherji Cama.
