The Bhutan Journal of Management (BJoM) OJS Archive is the online Open Journal Systems (OJS) repository for the Bhutan Journal of Management, an academic peer-reviewed journal published by the Royal Institute of Management (RIM) in Semtokha, Thimphu, Bhutan. The archive provides open access to back issues and articles of the journal, which focuses on management research and practices in Bhutan and the broader South Asian context.
The Royal Institute of Management (RIM) was established in 1986 as Bhutan's premier institution for public management education and professional skills development. RIM publishes the Bhutan Journal of Management as a platform for sharing research and insights on management practices in Bhutan. The journal is hosted on an OJS platform, a widely used open-source software for academic journal management and publishing, enabling open access archiving of published volumes.
The OJS archive contains the full run of published issues of the Bhutan Journal of Management, including research articles on business administration, public management, organizational behavior, finance, and related fields relevant to Bhutan's development context. The Editor-in-Chief is Dorji Penjore of RIM, supported by associate editors and an editorial board drawn from Bhutanese and international academic institutions.
All archived content is freely accessible online at bjom.rim.edu.bt. Users can browse issues by volume, search for specific articles, and download full-text PDFs without registration.
