Baldwin Park Magazine

Baldwin Park Magazine (also published as Baldwin Park Living) is a monthly lifestyle magazine covering the affluent Baldwin Park neighborhood near downtown Orlando, Florida, published by Observer Media Group.

The magazine was originally launched by Turnstile Media Group, then the owner of the Winter Park/Maitland Observer, as part of a family of publications that also included the Seminole Voice; company materials describe more than 14 years of continuous publication as of the early 2020s. Observer Media Group, a family-owned Florida media company founded in 1995 by Matt and Lisa Walsh, acquired the Winter Park/Maitland Observer and its affiliated titles, including Baldwin Park Magazine, from Turnstile Media Group in 2017.

The magazine covers news, arts, style, real estate, and the social and philanthropic life of the Baldwin Park community, a planned neighborhood built on the former Orlando Naval Training Center site.

Baldwin Park Magazine is distributed to Baldwin Park households and is available alongside Observer Media Group's other Central Florida publications through OrangeObserver.com.
