Axios Media, Inc., is run by Cox Media Group, which is owned by Cox Enterprises (in turn owned by Apollo Global Management with the Cox family owning a minority share), Inc. (controlled by the Cox family). It publishes in a minimalist style, many articles less than 300 words, often stating a thesis followed by facts in bullet points.
