Aspen Journalism

Aspen Journalism founded in 2011 is a nonprofit news website based in Aspen, Colorado. It aims to produce investigative and in-depth journalism for individuals with a stake in the Aspen region. It focuses on serving those who live, vote, own property, work, recreate, or visit the area. According to the website: "We believe well-informed citizens make better decisions, that good journalism can sustain both community and democracy, that investigative reporting can spur needed reform, and that well-written stories are an efficient and effective way to reach engaged citizens."
