American Statistical Association (ASA)

Since 1839, ASA members serve in industry, government, and academia in more than 90 countries, advancing research and promoting sound statistical practice to inform public policy and improve human welfare.

Today ASA’s membership exceeds 15,000 professionals. It consists of more than 70 chapters, nearly 30 sections, 16 journals, and six yearly conferences.
