Alpenhorn News and Crestline Chronicle

The Alpenhorn News (published together with the Crestline Chronicle) is a weekly community newspaper serving the San Bernardino Mountain communities of California, including Crestline, Lake Arrowhead, Blue Jay, and Running Springs, operated by Alpenhorn Media Group, LLC.

The publication traces to The Mountaineer, a Running Springs weekly that was renamed The Alpenhorn around 1985-86 under the tagline "Bringing our mountain communities together since 1985." It became Alpenhorn News around 2000 and merged with the Crestline Chronicle in 2002 to form Alpenhorn News and Crestline Chronicle, the paper's current title.

The paper covers local news, events, and community life across the San Bernardino Mountains, promoting the small mountain towns it serves.
