ABC Channel 7 Eyewitness News is a broadcast news program based in Chicago, Illinois. ABC 7 in Chicago began broadcasting in 1948 and the Eyewitness News began its broadcast on that station in 1968. Currently, the ABC network is owned by The ABC Television Network, a subsidiary of the Walt Disney Company.
